At Ladywood we value the impact of outdoor learning and strive to provide children with the opportunity to engage with new, creative experiences in our outdoor environment, in a safe way
Children will have opportunities to learn about the natural environment, how to handle risks, and most importantly, to use their own initiative to solve problems and cooperate with others.
We aim for every child to experience outdoor learning, in Rice’s Retreat, at some point during their time at Ladywood Primary School. This could be as part of a whole class or in a smaller intervention group.
